DAY 4
Well there I was, A frame, some forks, and 2 pairs of wheels, beautifully (yeh...rite) sprayed. all I had to do was put it together. Which was a problem in itself, cos you can't just put things in the right place and hope they work. Ben, read that again for future reference. I needed some lithium grease which is...well grease really except it's white.
I thought I'd have a bit of a mess around though before I put it all together, so I put the front wheel into the forks and voila, I had my own shitty circular saw (See boredom....)
II then put the forks into the frame. All the time the words of Jack Rees telling me "If you tighten it too tight yeh, you'll crush the bearings" and Ben's words telling me "Forks are easy, do you know what a spork is?" Yeah this confused me a lot which is my excuse to why I crushed one set of bearing =8ŽO. Luckily, I had spares =8ŽD. So i put these in and tightened it up loosely. So at the end of day 4, I had a frame, forks, a wheel, and a brake (=8ŽS) all on.
